Windows 7 Issues

Issues I have come across with Windows 7 use at work:

• Shares from old Samba or other that does not support NTVLM2, you will not be able to access from Windows 7 (and Vista). You will get “wrong password”. The solution is to change the auth level.
• Primary DNS suffix in group policy set to different from domain name, makes login issues (trust). It is probably a combination of a trust between 2 less compatible domains (NT <-> 200x)>
